Pre-formed pipe flashing combining a malleable lead base sheet with a flexible EPDM rubber upstand to weatherproof soil pipes, vent pipes, flues and cables passing through pitched or flat roofs. The lead base dresses neatly into the surrounding tiles, slates or flat roof covering, while the rubber cone stretches to grip the pipe and form a permanent watertight seal. Available in pitched and flat roof versions to suit the application.
